We offer Yoga, Advanced Yoga, Tai Chi, and Functional Fitness Classes.
We also have a small gym in house and a scenic walking track outside.
Come and get active!

Whatever the style of fitness you prefer, we probably have a class for you. Line Dancing is lively aerobic fun, Yoga & Functional Fitness are a bit more relaxing, and Tai Chi is famous for fluid movements that promote good health and balance. Or, if you just want to get that work out crossed off your list at any time that fits your schedule, visit our fitness room with treadmills and other equipment for exercise on your own.
